More than 15 months after the tragic incident in July 2023 when four individuals were shot on a Mumbai-bound train, the trial for the case has finally begun. The accused RPF constable, Chetansinh Chaudhary, allegedly opened fire on his superior officer and three passengers on board the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Superfast Express. The trial kicked off with the testimony of the first witness, who was also a dismissed Railway Protection Force staffer present during the shooting.
