Alright, so, like, the Mumbai Police went ahead and arrested 21 people after this crazy violent attack on some security guards at Monee Magnum Company in the Agripada area. Apparently, the attack was all about some land encroachment dispute, according to the police. The whole thing went down late on a Saturday, and it was pretty intense, to say the least.

The FIR filed by Ganesh Jagannath Salunkhe spilled the tea that the attackers were supposedly following orders from Pascal Postal, the big shot owner of Franco India Pvt. Ltd. These guys were trying to be all sneaky and take over some vacant land by welding the gate shut with iron rods. Like, seriously, who does that? Anyway, they ended up blocking access for Salunkhe and the actual property owners, which is just not cool, you know? The situation quickly turned into a full-on brawl when a group of armed men, including security staff, went after Salunkhe and his crew in a super planned assault. They were throwing stones, bricks, and even using chilli spray and water, causing some serious injuries. Oh, and get this, someone with a licensed gun even took shots at Salunkhe and his female colleagues, like they were trying to take them out or something. What a wild ride, right?

Okay, so, the police went ahead and arrested those 21 troublemakers and slapped them with a case under a bunch of sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023. They’re not messing around, throwing in Sections 189(1), 189(2), 109, 189(4), 190, 126(2), 118(1), 191(2), 191(3), and 61(2), along with sections 25, 27, and 30 of the Arms Act. Like, dang, that’s a lot of legal jargon right there. The officers even managed to scoop up four 12-bore rifles, some live and used cartridges, stones, sticks, and chilli spray from the scene. Pascal Postal, along with Jai Patil and a bunch of female bouncers and guards, are now wanted in connection to the case. The cops are out there hunting down the rest of the suspects who are still on the run. It’s like a real-life game of cops and robbers, but way more intense. The investigation is ongoing, so we’ll have to wait and see how this all unfolds.
