Rajasthan Congress chief Govind Singh Dotasra did not hold back in his criticism of the BJP during a farmers’ meeting in Bikaner. He emphasized the importance of unity among farmers as a crucial factor in defeating the ruling party.

The farmers’ meeting, organized by the Congress party in Sridungargarh, served as a platform for Dotasra to launch a scathing attack on the BJP. He expressed his belief that the unity of farmers could potentially be the “final nail in the BJP’s coffin.”

Dotasra’s remarks were direct and pointed, as he called attention to the current political climate in the country. He highlighted that farmers’ gatherings across the nation were sending a clear message to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.

“The BJP rose to power by making promises to the people, but it has failed to fulfill any of them. Farmers, in particular, have been severely neglected under the BJP’s rule,” Dotasra asserted.

In addition to criticizing the BJP, Dotasra also took aim at Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, questioning the effectiveness of his leadership.

“The chief minister’s priorities seem to be misplaced as he travels abroad, yet fails to address critical issues like waiving farmers’ loans. The BJP government, which was elected to serve the people, has devolved into a chaotic state,” Dotasra alleged.

Describing the state government as a “parchi sarkaar,” Dotasra accused the administration of being under the complete control of the leadership in Delhi.

“The decisions and actions of the state government are dictated by instructions from Delhi. This has led to a situation where ministers, MLAs, and bureaucrats do not heed the chief minister’s directives,” Dotasra claimed.

With the upcoming by-elections on seven Assembly seats in Rajasthan looming, Dotasra urged Congress supporters to stand united against the BJP. He emphasized the importance of solidarity and cohesion within the party to effectively challenge the ruling party in the upcoming elections.

As the political landscape in Rajasthan continues to evolve, the call for unity among farmers and Congress supporters remains a key strategy in combating the BJP’s dominance in the state. Dotasra’s bold statements and unwavering commitment to the cause underscore the determination of the Congress party to challenge the status quo and advocate for the rights of farmers and marginalized communities.
